“Once you’ve met someone, you never really forget them”

Garden’s Cinema closes out it’s season at Birmingham Botanical Gardens this August, with a Sunday night screening of the Oscar winning Spirited Away.

Before the movie, get settled in for a captivating, performance of Studio Ghibli classic soundtracks, beautifully played by the Sekine Quartet on the Gardens’ bandstand.

Doors open at 6:30pm, where you can join us on the main lawn, fo a selction of hand picked local food traders from Smoke + Ash, Currywurst, and Medicine Bakery.

The Gardens Bar will be open throughout the night, serving Craft Beers & Cider, G&Ts, wine, Summer Cocktails, Soft Drinks and Mocktails.

The Gardens pop-up shop will be stocked with gifts, garden-ware and locally made items. Plus Mockingbird’s cinema-themed merch stall, featuring t-shirts, pin badges, and other cult film keepsakes.

Please remember, this is an outdoor event, so don’t forget to bring along your chairs and blankets for a cosy movie-watching experience.
